I am interested in the ways each platform builds community: Everything from VIP Facebook groups to the Tik Tok algorithm which seems to label, diagnose, and connect people almost effortlessly. The consumer data that brands now have access to is fascinating, but I am most drawn to the need for authentic audience engagement in order to find success.
